How to reach support

Email settlemind@shnics.com for help with app behavior, review questions, or privacy requests.

To speed up troubleshooting, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened before the issue appeared.

Troubleshooting

If the app feels stuck or does not behave as expected

  1. Close the app completely, then open it again.
  2. Confirm that you are running the latest available version of the app and a current iOS release supported by your device.
  3. Recheck your settings for exercise duration and the default relief tool if the wrong exercise starts.
  4. Try a different exercise if one routine feels too intense or is not helping in the moment.
  5. If the issue continues, email support with the details listed above.
Data Support

History, settings, and restore questions

The current version stores core history and preference data locally on the device. That includes relief session history, task completions, favorite exercises, and certain app settings.

  • There is no account login to reset or recover in the current version.
  • Deleting the app typically removes on-device data stored by the app.
  • If device backups are enabled, recovery may depend on Apple's backup and restore behavior rather than an in-app account system.
Scope

What the app is designed to do

SettleMind is designed for self-guided relief. The current version focuses on breathing exercises, grounding prompts, walking routines, favorites, and local progress tracking.

It is not a replacement for a licensed clinician, diagnosis, treatment plan, or emergency response.

Safety

Urgent help

This app does not provide emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, think you may harm yourself, or need urgent mental-health support, contact local emergency services or a local crisis resource right away.

In the United States and Canada, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside those countries, use the appropriate emergency or crisis number for your location.
